Job Role
Part-Time DAY Supervisor for Commercial Custodial Business in the Quad Cities Area, traveling to IA job sites.
LocationQuad Cities, IA.
SalaryUp to $16.00 per hour.
HoursUp to 20-25 hours per week. Occasionally up to 25 hours.
Starting Time 8:00 am-4 hours daily.
Qualifications- Must be dependable, honest, and trustworthy.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Employer will do a background check.
- EOE.
- Position M-F with possible weekends.
- Must have previous supervisor experience.
- Up to 20-25 hours per week. Occasionally up to 25 hours.
- Up to $16.00 per hour.
- Supervises multiple cleaning crews at different locations.
- Lead Effectively & Efficiently.
- Maintain Budget & Building Criteria.
- Team Oriented w/ Area Supervisors, Operations Manager, Customer Concierge & other key Team Members.
- Enforce Policies, Conduct, and Disciplinary Actions.
- Inspections.
- Equipment & Supply Maintenance.
- Document Reports.
