We are seeking a dedicated School Custodian to join our team. Partner with Bridge Prep to maintain a clean, safe, and high-quality facility that exemplifies our commitment to excellence and provides an optimal learning environment for our students.

• Cleanliness & Upkeep: Maintain exceptional cleaning standards across classrooms, common areas, and school grounds.
• Maintenance: Execute assigned repair and maintenance work orders within 48 hours.
• Safety First: Use required PPE 100% of the time, keep all chemical supplies securely locked, and immediately report unsafe situations.
• Inventory: Monitor supplies and order from the Facilities Manager within campus guidelines.
• Equipment: Safely operate heavy cleaning machinery and properly handle standard facility cleaning solutions.

Required:

• Skills: Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions for cleaning, minor maintenance, and safety.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to handle chemicals, operate cleaning equipment, and exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally (or 10 pounds frequently).
• Compliance: Successful completion of a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in commercial or school-based custodial operations.
