Carlson Building Maintenance is seeking an entry-level Floor Care Technician to perform floor maintenance on client locations with limited supervision. You will operate floor machines, sweep, vacuum, and assist with restroom cleaning while upholding Carlson's service standards and interacting professionally with customers and staff.
This role requires weekend availability, reliable transportation, and the stamina to lift up to 45 pounds and work night or early morning shifts as needed.
