We are seeking a full time Property Representative with maintenance experience at our apartment building in Davis, CA.
2 bedroom apartment available RENT FREE! Must live on site due to CA regulations
The Property Representative is responsible for:
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
- Minorbuilding maintenance
- Cleaning common areas
- Apartment turnovers
- Maintaining supplies
- Completing move out inspections,
- Showing vacant units to prospective residents
- Communicating management topics with the residents
Qualifications for the Property Representative:
- A minimum of two years of successful experience in the area of property management.
- Demonstrated basic mechanical skills along with an ability to perform routine building and grounds maintenance
- Must be reliable and able to work independently without direct supervision.
