Maintenance Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Engineer located in Davis, CA. The Maintenance Engineer will oversee equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep of the property to ensure efficient operations. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing equipment issues, conducting regular inspections, and maintaining compliance with all safety standards. Additionally, the Maintenance Engineer will work proactively to troubleshoot problems and implement solutions to prevent disruptions to hotel operations.

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance Engineering, and Maintenance & Repair
• Experience with Preventive Maintenance to ensure equipment functionality and lifespan
• Knowledge and skills in Electrical Maintenance and related systems
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work on-site and respond to maintenance needs promptly
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications preferred
• Previous experience in hotel maintenance or a similar environment is a plus
