The Residential and Commercial Cleaning Technician is a full-time, on‑site role based in the Dayton Metropolitan Area. This role includes performing detailed cleaning tasks in homes and commercial properties, such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, and maintaining common areas to company standards. The technician will follow established checklists, use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely, and ensure spaces are completed on schedule.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities also include interacting courteously with clients on‑site, reporting any issues or maintenance concerns, and working independently or as part of a small team. Flexibility in schedule, reliability in attendance, and consistent high‑quality work are essential to success in this role.
