** What Makes This Role Great:
** We are seeking a detail-oriented professional for the role of Shipping/Receiving Support to take ownership of ensuring Precise Inventory Control, Effective Dispositioning of RMA Products, and On-Time Delivery at our Dayton Regional Service Center.
Your role is critical to the success of Service Operations and Reverse Logistics.
** Key Exciting Responsibilities
** As Shipping / Receiving Support, you will have the opportunity to manage essential warehouse processes. Your responsibilities will start with the careful receipt and inspection of all incoming RMA products to ensure accurate documentation and labeling. You will oversee the entire outbound shipping process, which includes documentation, packaging, and labeling. To facilitate smooth operations, you will enter all customer and product information into our CRM systems and safely transport materials throughout the service center using material handling equipment.
Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining RMA, Refurb and Service Part Inventory by conducting regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy and integrity.
** Receiving Shipments:
** Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies, coordinating with suppliers to resolve any issues.
** Shipping Operations:
** Prepare, pack, and ship outgoing packages of various sizes, ensuring proper documentation, packaging and labeling. Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize shipping schedules.
** Inventory Management:
** Maintain an accurate inventory of RMA, Refurb, and Service Parts within the warehouse, conducting regular audits and cycle counts to ensure data integrity.
** Data Entry:
** Accurately enter customer and product details into the CRM system, maintaining up-to-date records for tracking and reporting purposes.
** Material Handling:
** Safely and efficiently transport packages and pallets using appropriate equipment throughout the warehouse.

* Collaboration:
** Work closely with Reverse Logistics and Repair Services leadership to improve warehouse processes and support service operations.
** Essential Skills & Experience

* Education:
** High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field is preferred.

* Experience:
** Minimum of two years of related experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, and inventory management.
*
* Physical Requirements:
** Ability to safely operate a pallet jack, climb stairs or ladder and lift up to 75 pounds at a time.
** Reliable Transportation and availability to work a standard workweek:** (Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM), with occasional weekends and evenings required.

* Skills:
*** Strong attention to detail and proficiency in data entry and inventory management.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Basic computer skills, including proficiency in CRM systems, inventory management software, and Google Workspace.
** Bonus Points For:
** Oracle PLM experience is preferred.
