POSITION TITLE
Maintenance and Driver
POSITION SUMMARYThis role is responsible for general maintenance at both the Dayton and the Cincinnati locations. This position makes regular deliveries between the two store locations using a company van. This position is based at the Dayton location.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Building Maintenance- Minor repairs including plumbing.
- General upkeep.
- Furniture assembly.
- Painting.
- Changing furnace filters.
- Deliveries between two store locations.
- Running errands for general supplies.
- Van maintenance, including car wash, vacuuming inside, etc.
- Liaison to outside service providers, e.g., tradesmen, inspectors.
- Blowing off lot.
- Salting entryways during winter.
- Spraying for weeds & fertilizing flowers.
- Ensuring store grounds are free from trash/debris.
- Cleaning showroom vents.
- Deliveries to clients.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Must be bondable.
- Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Must have a professional appearance.
- Must have good communication skills and work well with others.
- Must have good time management skills.
