Responsibilities:

* Troubleshoot and replace light bulbs, fixtures, ballasts and LED lighting in common areas, parking lots, and exterior spaces.

* Perform general repairs to walls ceilings, doors, locks, handrails, benches, and other mall property.

* Inspect the property regularly to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.

* Maintain maintenance equipment and tools in safe working condition.

* Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

* Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing carpentry, painting, and general repair techniques.

* A strong work ethic

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Safety Oriented

* Must be able to climb ladders, bending, lifting and working in varying weather conditions may be required.
