Starting Salary: $22.43 per hour, 8 hours per day.

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalency.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and climb ladders or scaffolding.
• Ability to perform moderate physical job functions.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Minimum work experience of three years, preferably as a custodian or in a similar role.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Effective communication skills, including reading and writing.
