Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. • Perform cleaning duties in all areas of the facility, including smoke and non‑smoke areas: sweeping, mopping, washing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, spot, stain or dirt removal of floors, rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, draperies, dusting, scrubbing, sanitizing, and buffing. Use machines as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of all areas: pick up litter, empty wastebaskets, clean ashtrays, and transport garbage.
• Clean all walls, ceilings, doors, windows, sills, furniture, woodwork, and fixtures.
• Clean and service restrooms, replenishing bathroom supplies and maintaining accurate restroom sheets.
• Stock and supply all service areas with appropriate cleaning supplies.
• Assist all departments by responding to housekeeping calls.
• Clean and maintain tables, chairs, fixtures, décor, and machines as needed.
• Attend departmental and company training programs or meetings as directed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Perform all job duties safely and responsibly, using appropriate personal protective equipment and keeping areas free of safety hazards.
• Meet department uniform, appearance, and grooming requirements.
• Eagerly take on any job duty needed to promote productivity in the efficient administration of business or any reasonable request by your Assistant Shift Manager or management personnel.
• Comply with state, company, and department policies and regulations.
• Other duties, as assigned.

• Outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Comfortable hosting others and initiating conversations to create a fun environment with guests.
• Ability to prepare, read, and interpret documents, write reports and correspondence, and communicate effectively with individuals and groups.
• Ability to accurately calculate figures and perform mathematical functions relevant to business needs.
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions given in written, oral, or diagram form, and to handle problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Promptly and accurately follow instructions from Assistant Shift Manager or Manager.
• Pass a background check.
• Tolerate exposure to second‑hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality.
• Open availability for all three shifts, weekends, and holidays.
