Dayton Metropolitan Housing in Dayton, OH seeks a Maintenance Laborer for a full-time union role with a pay pace of $20.55 per hour. The position entails performing a variety of upkeep tasks under the Maintenance Supervisor and responding to resident service requests.
Responsibilities include building/fixture repairs, doors, windows, electrical and plumbing work, painting, and site maintenance. You will read work orders, maintain supplies, and may rotate for emergency calls after hours.
