Role Description The Window Cleaning Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Dayton, OH. Day-to-day responsibilities include cleaning interior and exterior windows, screens, and sills using appropriate tools and solutions; ensuring completed work meets company quality standards. The technician will travel to scheduled residential job sites, follow work orders, and communicate clearly and respectfully with customers about services performed. Additional duties include maintaining equipment and supplies, adhering to safety protocols, assisting with job setup and cleanup, and supporting teammates to complete routes efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform detail-oriented cleaning work, including careful window, frame, and screen cleaning.
- Capability to safely use ladders and equipment, and follow all safety procedures for residential job sites.
- Strong customer service skills, with clear communication and professional, respectful interaction at client homes.
- Reliable time management and organizational skills to follow schedules, complete routes, and meet deadlines.
- Physical ability to stand, climb, bend, and lift equipment throughout the workday.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and dependable transportation to and from job sites.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and learn company methods and standards.
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or residential services is helpful but not required.
