Team Lead Housekeeping - Full Time - 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping services within assigned area(s), including general cleaning and trash removal.
• Clean various building room types and surfaces such as restrooms, offices, lobbies, entrances, stairwells, laboratories, elevators, and medical areas.
• Apply proper cleaning techniques, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, spot cleaning, scrubbing, and disinfecting.
• Remove trash and recycling.
• Restock all fixtures (toilet paper, towels, soap, sanitizer).
• Utilize equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor machines, etc. to complete duties.
• Support the supervisor and department management in overseeing daily housekeeping services performed by staff to ensure completion in a safe, accurate, and timely manner.
• Act as a point of contact between customers, staff, and vendors on weekends; troubleshoot service issues and implement solutions.

• GED or high school diploma preferred.
• At least 3 years of housekeeping experience required.
• Professional appearance and manner with strong communication skills is required.
• Ability to work 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM shift with rotating weekends and holidays.

Dayton Children’s – Main Campus.

Department:
Environmental Services – 2nd Shift.

Schedule:

Full time, 40 hours per week.

Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, rotating weekends and holidays.
