Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Aya Healthcare -  - Responsibilities:
Perform daily housekeeping tasks in assigned areas including cleaning restrooms, offices, lobbies, entrances, stairwells, laboratories, and medical areas;
Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, spot cleaning, scrubbing, and disinfecting surfaces;
Remove trash and recycling; restock fixtures such as toilet paper, towels, soap, and sanitizer;
Operate cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaners, floor machines, etc.) safely and effectively;
Support supervisor and department management to ensure cleaning services are completed safely, accurately, and on time;
On weekends, act as a point of contact between customers, staff, and vendors; troubleshoot service issues and implement solutions;
Present a professional appearance and demeanor with strong communication skills
