HES Facilities seeks a Custodial Manager in Training (MIT) to develop into a full managerial role within a custodial environment. The MIT will learn operations, staff supervision, safety compliance, workflow management, customer service, and quality assurance through hands-on work and structured leadership training.
Upon successful completion, candidates must relocate to an assigned site as needed. This is a full-time, multi-shift role with school hours and weekends.
