Unit Inspection Tech:
Conducting 10-11 occupied unit inspections daily, utilizing a maintenance IPAD. Visual inspection of apartment unit for cleanliness, holes in walls or flooring, working electricity, windows Etc.

Regularly inspect the property's systems and structures to ensure they are in good condition and functioning properly.

This includes safety systems like sprinklers and fire alarms.

Also helping maintenance staff with additional administrative duties, including the maintenance IPADs and closing out work orders.

Monday thru Friday: 8 am to 5 pm, $17.00 per hour
