AAMCI-MANAGEMENT, INC. is hiring a Unit Inspection Tech in Dayton, OH. You will perform daily inspections of occupied units using a maintenance IPAD, checking cleanliness, damages, and system functionality, while supporting maintenance staff with IPAD tasks and closing work orders.
The role includes ensuring safety systems (sprinklers, fire alarms) are operational and reporting issues, with a Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm schedule and a $17.00 per hour wage.
