* The Building Maintenance Painter is responsible for painting and general maintenance support across multiple client facilities. This position serves as the primary resource for painting, touch-ups, surface preparation, and minor drywall repairs. The role will also assist with preventive maintenance, cleaning, trash removal, and other duties requested by the client.

** Responsibilities*
* ** Responsibilities*
* + Complete interior and exterior painting projects.
+ Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, patching, caulking, and priming.
+ Perform paint touch-ups and minor drywall repairs.
+ Protect floors, furniture, and fixtures during painting projects.
+ Complete assigned preventive maintenance and minor building repairs.
+ Assist with cleaning, trash removal, and general facility upkeep.
+ Respond to work orders and client requests.
+ Maintain painting tools, equipment, and supplies.
+ Travel between assigned client facilities.
+ Follow all company and site safety procedures.
+ Perform additional duties as assigned.

* + Minimum of 1-2 years of commercial painting experience.

Experience with surface preparation, drywall patching, and paint application.
+ Basic knowledge of general building maintenance.
+ Ability to safely use ladders, painting equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
+ Ability to work independently and manage assignments across multiple locations.
+ Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
+ Strong attention to detail and customer-service skills.
