Ideal CandidateThe ideal person for this position will love to work outdoors. They will be a self‑starter who has the ability to work independently with minimal oversight and guidance. They will handle all matters with integrity and embrace the concept and requirements of delivering “resort‑quality service”.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent on‑site cleaning and maintenance services to the Lagoon and Pool.
- Follow proven cleaning methods, handle chemicals in a controlled and safe manner.
- Follow all established protocols and share lessons learned with the rest of the team.
- Maintain the Lagoon.
- Conduct water testing.
- Document results.
- Balance water levels.
- Work outside in varied weather conditions.
- Must be able to swim.
