Maintenance Supervisor - Daytona

We are seeking an experienced maintenance supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a multifamily community in Roswell, GA. This community requires a leader who is hands‑on, organized, and capable of improving operational efficiency while maintaining strong resident service standards.

The ideal candidate has experience managing older multifamily assets, understands preventative maintenance, and can effectively lead a maintenance team while controlling expenses and vendor usage.

• Oversee all maintenance operations for the community
• Manage apartment turns, service requests, preventative maintenance, and curb appeal
• Supervise maintenance technicians and porter staff
• Ensure timely completion of resident service requests and make‑ready schedules
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and building system issues
• Monitor inventory, supply ordering, and maintenance expenses
• Coordinate vendors and ensure work is completed to company standards
• Participate in on‑call rotation and emergency response
• Conduct regular inspections of building systems, vacant apartments, and grounds
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

• 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience required
• Prior maintenance supervisor experience preferred
• EPA certification required
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting experience preferred
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general carpentry
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Experience operating older multifamily communities preferred
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
