Maintenance Technician HVAC

Description

Terra Lake Heights Apartments is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Daytona Beach, FL.

Responsibilities:

* Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner

* Paint and pick up grounds

* Painting

* Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing and appliance repair

* Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements

* Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas

* Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements

* Minimum of 2 years of onsite apartment maintenance experience

* HVAC Certification required

* Ability to lift, bend, climb, and perform physically demanding tasks

* Must be a reliable team player with a strong work ethic

* Own tools required

* Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies
