Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and efficient operation;
Handle service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry);
Perform maintenance on make-ready units and repair/replace general fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry);
Maintain outside landscape and trash collection;
Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor; adhere to safety programs
