The Furniture Repair Technician is primarily responsible for repairing case goods, leather, and upholstery furniture. This role requires a customer-focused mindset, ensuring every interaction provides a world‑class experience. As an integral part of our service team, you will conduct repairs on a variety of products damaged during handling or transport.

• Perform repairs on all product types with minimal supervision.
• Complete entry‑level repair tasks while developing additional skills.
• Manage minor repairs on surfaces of case pieces and tables.
• Refinish solid color paper and side surfaces as needed.
• Rebuild small corner damages to restore furniture integrity.
• Understand and utilize spray booth setups for repairs.
• Execute advanced replacement part repairs efficiently.
• Maintain tools, parts, and hardware, ensuring a clean workspace.
• Inspect damaged products to assess repair viability.
• Collaborate with warehouse personnel on touch‑up techniques.
• Document recurring product damages effectively.
• Support fellow technicians as needed.
• Report situations comprehensively when repairs cannot be completed.
• Assess damages to identify the most effective repair methods.
• Monitor the condition of goods and materials in the warehouse.

• Follow safety regulations to maintain orderliness in work areas.
• Utilize safety equipment properly for all products used in repairs.
