First Service Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the physical plant and daily upkeep of our properties. You will monitor systems across carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and general repairs, diagnose issues, authorize repairs, and implement preventive maintenance per company procedures.
You’ll lead maintenance staff, schedule work, review results, ensure safety, and manage contractor relations.
