Responsibilities- Oversee aircraft maintenance operations and ensure compliance with FAA regulations.
- Manage and schedule maintenance activities for timely aircraft servicing.
- Supervise and mentor maintenance staff, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality control standards.
- Collaborate to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation for regulatory compliance.
- Ensure effective communication with customers regarding maintenance status and updates.
- Produce repair estimates, invoices, and other documentation.
- Proven experience in aircraft maintenance management or a similar role.
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification is required.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in maintenance management software and tools.
