Work Schedule:
Highly structured 5-day, 12-hour rotating shifts. The shift rhythm includes Saturdays as scheduled, but balances out with a regular block of 6 consecutive days off every 3-week cycle.
Compensation:
Up to $29.50 per hour baseline + a premium, comprehensive corporate benefits package
Education Profile:
Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Automated Systems, or 4+ years of equivalent hands-on industrial breakdown experience
Travel Profile:
Minimal, low-friction travel footprint—approximately two days every other month for regional support/training
Location:
Greater Green Bay area (Must reside within a dependable 45-minute daily driving radius of the facility)

By grouping your working days together, the schedule naturally builds in a massive, recurring block of six consecutive days off every single month. - Executing comprehensive electro-mechanical maintenance, precision troubleshooting, and emergency breakdown repairs across an array of complex, automated production machinery
- Diagnosing, tuning, and resolving operational faults directly within sophisticated AC and DC motor drive systems
- Interfacing with PLCs to safely trace electrical logic, isolate system faults, and minimize unexpected equipment downtime on the floor
- Reading, analyzing, and applying high-level electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and logic diagrams to safely execute automated machinery overhauls
- Fulfilling a structured 5-day, 12-hour rotating shift schedule while providing exceptional communication during shift hand-offs
- Traveling occasionally (roughly two days every other month) to collaborate on operational goals or vendor training seminars
- Electro-Mechanical Expertise: A degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or a verified track record of advanced, multi-craft industrial maintenance experience.
