Janitor & Custodian

Responsibilities

The Janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment by performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties. Responsibilities include cleaning and disinfecting offices, restrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces; sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, removing trash, and restocking supplies as needed. The position requires following established cleaning procedures, using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, reporting maintenance or safety concerns, and ensuring all areas meet company cleanliness and safety standards.

The Janitor must be dependable, detail-oriented, able to work independently or as part of a team, and committed to providing a clean and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and customers.

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
• Must follow safety rules and maintain a professional attitude.

Monday-Friday 5:00pm-1:30am

Monday-Friday 5:00pm-9:30pm

Need to be available to pass background check.

This position is located in the city of Dearborn.
