2nd Shift Floor Technicians

Job Skills / Requirements

• Carpet cleaning (Bonnet and Extract), scrubbing, sealing, waxing, and spray buffing hard surface floors
• Must be able to operate high and low speed buffers up to 24 inch and 3000 RPM propane burnishing equipment
• Must be able to operate and maintain all floor cleaning/finishing equipment including but not limited to floor buffers/burnishes, water extraction machine, and carpet cleaning equipment
• Follow established safety precautions for cleaning and maintaining all areas of the facility
• Removal of Snow/Salt Ice
• Education:
  
  High school degree preferred, but not required.
• Experience:
  
  Previous floor care experience a plus.
• Ability to reach, bend, push and pull.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Reliable Transportation
• Team focus approach requiring ability to work with others and take directions

Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks with production and service time frames as established by the company.

High School Diploma or Equivalent
