1099 Independent Contractor | $26/hr | Midtown Detroit, MI

We operate water vending machines in retail stores across the country. We’re building a team of Field Technicians in Midtown Detroit, MI to keep those machines clean, stocked, and running right. The work is straightforward, pays well, and you’re in charge of your own time.

• Visit assigned stores each week (or every two weeks, depending on the location).
• Clean and disinfect the Fresh Pure machine inside and out.
• Take meter readings and log the data on your service report.
• Snap photos of the machine condition at every visit.
• Submit your completed report to the home office when you’re done.
• Call in anything that looks off – damage, mechanical issues, anything unusual.

Each stop takes about an hour. Your total hours per week depend on how many stores are on your route.

You’re not expected to fix anything. If a machine has a mechanical or technical issue, you flag it and we send a Service Technician. Your job is to keep things clean, documented, and reported – that’s where your value is.

• A reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

• Attention to detail – you follow the checklist every time.
• Reliability – you show up when you’re scheduled.

No experience in water systems required. If you’ve done field services, retail merchandising, delivery routes, janitorial work, or anything similar, you’ll hit the ground running.
