Our client, an industry-leading automotive parts supplier, is seeking a dedicated Automotive Service Technician Time Studies to join their dynamic team. As a Automotive Service Technician Time Studies, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of labor time studies used by Ford dealership technicians. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $24-$32/hour + Benefits

** What's the Job?*
* + Develop and review service labor times (flat rate) for Ford dealerships.

+ Perform Technical Service Bulletins (TSB) and Report A Problem (RAP) labor time studies for various vehicles and operations.

+ Collaborate with technical authors and clients to create procedures and labor time studies.

+ Support workshop manual updates and ensure timely completion of time studies.

+ Maintain professional conduct and appearance at all times, including peer review of co-workers' developed time studies.

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or GED required.

+ Minimum of 3-4 years of dealership bumper-to-bumper service technician experience; 10+ years preferred.

+ Strong technical background in automotive repair and familiarity with OEM scan tools, especially Ford.

+ Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office, Outlook, Windows 11, Office 365, and web applications.

+ Excellent attention to detail, written communication skills, and ability to multi-task effectively.
