Working Janitorial Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the daily activities of the janitorial team.
• Perform cleaning duties alongside the team.
• Ensure all assigned areas meet company quality and safety standards.
• Train and mentor employees on proper cleaning procedures and equipment use.
• Operate and maintain commercial cleaning equipment.
• Monitor inventory and report supply needs.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding daily operations.
• must be able to manage Union staff or have experience.

Supervisor will have their own cleaning responsibility, a floor or 2.

• Previous supervisory experience in janitorial or custodial services preferred.
• Experience operating commercial cleaning machines/equipment is required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Must be reliable and detail-oriented.

• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Must successfully pass a drug screen.
• 90-day probationary period.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour (based on experience)
