Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the daily activities of the janitorial team.
- Perform cleaning duties alongside the team.
- Ensure all assigned areas meet company quality and safety standards.
- Train and mentor employees on proper cleaning procedures and equipment use.
- Operate and maintain commercial cleaning equipment.
- Monitor inventory and report supply needs.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding daily operations.
- Must be able to manage Union staff or have experience.
- Supervisor will have their own cleaning responsibility, a floor or 2.
- Previous supervisory experience in janitorial or custodial services preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must be reliable and detail-oriented.
- Must successfully pass a background check
. - Must successfully pass a drug screen
. - Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- 90-day probationary period.
Pay: $20.00–$23.00 per hour (based on experience)
