Who are You at Mac Lellan?As a Operations Manager, you are part of Best People. You are responsible for managing office administration and service departments, managing maintenance contracts, and serving as the corporate liaison. Utilizing our Best Systems, you communicate with customers and our team to ensure work orders and invoices. You deliver the Best Results to your branch by being highly detailed and organized and having excellent written and verbal communication skills.
NecessarySkills
- Highly proficient in all MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Ability to prioritize and maintain schedules for task completion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organizational skills
- Fast and accurate data entry
- Microsoft Office experience required, must be strong in Excel
- Dispatching experience, service call planning and job costing is preferred
- Experience working for a service maintenance business is desired

- After a conditional offer of employment, all job applicants at Mac Lellan Integrated Services will undergo testing for the presence of illegal drugs.
- Applicants will be required to submit voluntarily to a urine specimen test at a laboratory chosen by the Company. Any applicant who refuses to submit to a drug test or is suspected by the lab to have tampered with the specimen will not be considered for employment.
- Prior to testing, an applicant will be given the opportunity to list all prescription drugs used and their purpose. All legal drugs found in a drug test result will be verified by a Medical Review Officer (MRO), who will verify that prescriptions are valid and being used at the prescribed amounts and that said amounts are reflected appropriately in the urine.
- Any applicant with a confirmed positive test will be denied employment.
- All employees can be drug tested randomly, upon suspicion, post-accident or any other purpose allowed by law.
