Our client, a leading logistics and distribution organization, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a member of the Maintenance Department, you will help maintain operational excellence at a large-scale distribution campus. The ideal candidate will demonstrate mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on buildings, equipment, and grounds to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
• Maintain systems including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, landscaping, and janitorial functions.
• Service company vehicles and forklifts, diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues promptly.
• Inspect grounds daily for safety hazards, cleanliness, and aesthetic appeal, including landscaping and snow/ice removal.
• Coordinate maintenance tasks with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring timely completion of work orders.

• At least 3 years of experience in facilities, grounds, and building maintenance.
• Proficiency with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and schematics accurately.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of EPA and OSHA safety regulations and practices.
