Entry-Level PDR Technician – Paid Training - Talent Pool

Dent Wizard is hiring Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technicians with no experience required. The role includes traveling to customer locations or working at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using our proprietary PDR process. Applicants will receive 8 weeks of paid training and can expect long‑term earning potential ranging from $60,000 to $150,000+.

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using various vehicles with Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships
• Self‑motivation and the ability to work independently
• Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Manual dexterity for repetitive‑motion tasks
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

The starting compensation is expected to be $21.00/hour, with incremental compensation as training completes and a commission component added.
