Electrical Multi-Craft Maintenance Positions Available

Starting Pay range: $31 - $32

Top Out Salary: $35

Shift: 12‑hour rotating/swing shifts.

Process Maintenance Operator is responsible for periodic and breakdown maintenance of all equipment in the facility. The operator initiates periodic maintenance work, applies strong technical knowledge for breakdown maintenance, calibrates instruments precisely, and executes all preventive maintenance tasks. The operator also maintains all necessary checklists and logs.

• Apply safety regulations in the work area
• Apply 5S conditions in the work area
• Assist Engineer in breakdown troubleshooting
• Support internal or external teams in the installation of new machines and equipment
• Execute all PM and lubrication work orders
• Participate in preparation of preventive maintenance schedule and condition monitoring plan
• Conduct preventive maintenance of machines and components per plan
• Conduct condition monitoring of equipment per plan
• Analyze losses to identify root cause and implement CAPA
• Maintain records of machine maintenance and shutdown per system procedure
• Participate/Attend all breakdowns and shutdowns
• Other duties as assigned

High School Diploma or GED. Associate’s Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical Maintenance, or equivalent education preferred.

At least two years of manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
