Do you take pride in keeping spaces clean, organized, and welcoming? We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Facility Janitor to join our team on 2nd shift. In this role, you'll help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our employees by ensuring our offices and manufacturing facility are well cared for each day.

As a Facility Janitor, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facility, helping create a safe and productive workplace.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Clean offices, breakrooms, restrooms, hallways, and designated outdoor areas.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize assigned work areas.
• Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks, and other restroom fixtures.
• Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the facility and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean trash cans, mop heads, and janitorial equipment as needed.
• Restock paper products, soap, and other janitorial supplies.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and update supply records as needed.
• Safely use cleaning chemicals while following all company safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized janitorial closet and work area.
• Complete basic computer updates and documentation when required.
• Assist with additional housekeeping duties as assigned.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of maintaining a clean and safe workplace.

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred.
• Minimum 9th-grade education.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and following safety procedures.
• Good communication skills and the ability to read and follow cleaning checklists.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.

This position requires frequent movement throughout the shift.

Candidates should be able to:

• Stand and walk for most of the shift.
• Bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull as needed.
• Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the workday.
• Safely work with cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Have good vision, including close, distance, and peripheral vision.
