Preferred Apartment Communities is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support our apartment communities in Decatur, GA. You will assist in maintenance requests, perform preventative maintenance, prepare vacants, and respond to after-hours emergencies.
You will keep logs, coordinate with residents, monitor contractors, and support the Maintenance Manager with budgeting and policy adherence. The role requires 1–3 years in maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and a valid driver's license.
