Vicinia Property Management is searching for a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team, oversee all projects, and ensure the community meets quality maintenance standards.
The role requires hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and related trades, with a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license. EPA/Pool operator certifications are preferred; experience maintaining vacant apartments for market-ready status is a plus.
