Range Water Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the interiors, exteriors, grounds, and common areas of our properties clean, safe, and functional. You will diagnose defects, complete work orders within 24–48 hours, and perform the make-ready process for new move-ins.
You will prioritize cost efficiency, document work, and coordinate with vendors while adhering to safety policies. A high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience are preferred;
