Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor to lead and perform all aspects of maintenance within our facility. This is a physically active role—there will be little to no sitting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, team leadership, and troubleshooting. You will work side‑by‑side with your team, performing maintenance tasks directly while also supervising, training, and mentoring employees.
Responsibilities- Electrical work (high and low voltage)
- Construction, welding, pipe fitting, and painting
- Plant repairs and machine repair
- Preventive machine maintenance with limited to no supervision
- Works alongside maintenance employees with major machine repairs
- Supervise and lead the maintenance team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices
- Train new employees on maintenance procedures, mechanical systems, and equipment operation
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and maintain compliance with industry standards
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance metrics
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the maintenance department
- Proven hands‑on supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems (including high voltage), HVAC systems, and industrial maintenance practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team
- Strong problem‑solving skills for complex mechanical and electrical issues
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- Project management experience is a plus
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in facilities management

PayPay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
