As our Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our operation. You’ll lead a team, tackle challenges head-on, and make sure our facility and equipment are safe, reliable, and running like clockwork. This isn’t just a maintenance job—it’s an opportunity to lead, innovate, and make an impact every day.

We are seeking a skilled and hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor to lead and perform all aspects of maintenance within our facility. This is a physically active role—there will be little to no sitting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, team leadership, and troubleshooting. You will work side‑by‑side with your team, performing maintenance tasks directly while also supervising, training, and mentoring employees.

• Electrical work (high and low voltage)
• Construction, welding, pipe fitting, and painting
• Plant repairs and machine repair
• Preventive machine maintenance with limited to no supervision
• Works alongside maintenance employees with major machine repairs
• Supervise and lead the maintenance team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices
• Train new employees on maintenance procedures, mechanical systems, and equipment operation
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and maintain compliance with industry standards
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance metrics
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the maintenance department

• Proven hands‑on supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems (including high voltage), HVAC systems, and industrial maintenance practices
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team
• Strong problem‑solving skills for complex mechanical and electrical issues
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
• Project management experience is a plus
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in facilities management

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
