* This is a salaried exempt position.

** Job Summary*
* This position is responsible for the overall maintenance of a Cogeneration facility.  This position supervises maintenance and contract employees to ensure a reliable and safe maintenance program for the facility.  They must be able to establish expectations for safety, reliability, quality, service, and productivity.  Reports to the Maintenance Superintendent, but also works with other Maintenance Supervisors to plan and perform maintenance as required to assure safe, efficient operations.  

The position is also very involved in applying maintenance reliability practices to avoid maintenance expense and to avoid equipment outages where possible.

** Job Functions*
* + Responsible for planning and coordinating, parts, materials, and equipment access to improve workforce productivity, safety, and quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays.

+ Working with the entire Maintenance Team on scheduling all available manpower.

+ Ensure jobs are performed in a safe, timely manner.

+ Ensure work areas and jobsites are kept clean at all times.

+ Ensure all PM's are completed on time to a high quality standard.

+ Great communication between Operations & Maintenance Team is a must.

+ Contact outside vendors/contractors for any needed services.

+ Uses Maximo and other computer systems to maintain records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance information.

** Minimum Requirements*
* + Strong commitment to safety in the performance of maintenance work.

+ Strong demonstrated expertise in mechanical & I&E maintenance with in-depth exposure to other areas.

+ Ability to focus on identification of root causes and corrective actions.

+ Strong organization skills and ability to plan priorities effectively.

+ Strong communication skills, both oral and written, for coordination, training, reporting, and analysis.

+ Strong familiarity with industrial maintenance.

+ Must be proactive in dealing with conflict, influencing others, listening, management of priorities, organization and planning, partnering, and utilizing a proactive approach to reliability.

** Education*
* + High School diploma or equivalent.

** Experience*
* + Minimum of 5 years in an industrial maintenance setting.

+ Knowledge in the use of Maximo, Coupa & CTS is preferred.

+ Previous leadership/supervisory experience preferred.

** Other*
* + This is a day shift position, but includes "on call" requirements.

+ Must be willing to accept after-hour trouble calls.
