We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented General Maintenance Worker to join our team in Deerfield Beach. This role provides general and preventive maintenance to all locations (Manufacturing, Warehouse, Research and Development labs, and Offices).

Position Description
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented General Maintenance Worker to join our team in Deerfield Beach. This role provides general and preventive maintenance to all locations (Manufacturing, Warehouse, Research and Development labs, and Offices).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but not limited to:

• Provides general maintenance to all company properties such as painting walls, doors, floors, plumbing, landscaping, installing racks and shelves as needed.
• It provides some electrical maintenance as needed.
• Repairs irrigation systems, garbage disposals.
• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance to equipment and machinery in all locations as needed, including fork-lifts, pumps, tanks, dispensing lines, dispensing valves, mixers.
• Obtains quotes and orders supplies and tools. Controls Inventory and maintenance supplies.
• Supports the daily rounds between locations when requested.
• Monitors and coordinates contractors to ensure that work is done on time and appropriately.
• Executes and updates the activities assigned under the ISO
  9000 Infrastructure Maintenance Plan.
• Utilizes the ISO
  9000 forms to keep records of general maintenance requests and preventive maintenance work orders.
• Purchases maintenance supplies following the approval procedures.
• Follows EHS (Environmental, health, safety) policies and procedures.
• Complies with OSHA regulations.
• Performs other maintenance tasks when required.
• Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
