Perform routine inspections and maintenance of the facility, including HVAC systems, lighting, plumbing, and electrical systems.;
Maintain the exterior grounds, including landscaping, snow removal, and general upkeep to ensure a clean and safe environment.;
Conduct regular preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including lubrication, cleaning, and minor repairs to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.;
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies. Identify and address potential hazards promptly.;
Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment. Order and replenish supplies as needed.
