Are you a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting and keeping equipment running at peak performance? We're hiring a Maintenance Technician III to join a growing manufacturing team in DeKalb, IL.

This is a direct hire opportunity offering strong pay, full benefits, and long-term stability.

** What You'll Do*
* + Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on manufacturing and facility equipment

+ Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automated systems

+ Maintain and repair machines, conveyors, motors, pumps, and production equipment

+ Inspect equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation

+ Support installation and upgrades of new equipment

+ Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation

+ Assist with general facility upkeep including HVAC, plumbing, and building systems

** What We're Looking For*
* + 1-3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

+ Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems

+

Experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting

+ Familiarity with equipment such as motors, conveyors, sensors, and automated systems

+ Ability to read basic schematics, charts, and drawings

+ Comfortable working in a physically active environment (lifting, standing, etc.)
