JOB SUMMARY:
Under immediate supervision, maintains and cleans assigned buildings, parking lots, responsible for the maintenance of the interior and exterior of assigned facilities and performs other related work as required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of all types of cleaning chemicals, floor finishes and their application.
- Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with public and other city employees.
- Valid Texas Drivers’ License Class
C.
