Schedule:
12-hour shifts (3 days one week, 4 days the next)
Rotating days every 4 months
Key Responsibilities Building Systems & Maintenance Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and utilities
Assist with maintaining heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
Support upkeep of refrigeration equipment such as coolers and air dryers
Help maintain water systems, including basic treatment and monitoring
General Facility Maintenance Complete general building repairs such as:
Plumbing fixtures (toilets, sinks, drains)
Minor wall repairs, painting, and ceiling tile replacement
Roof leak patching and basic structural repairs
Maintain and repair doors, dock equipment, and other facility components
Equipment & Mechanical Support Assist with maintenance of motors, compressors, pumps, and other mechanical equipment
Perform basic fabrication, repairs, and adjustments as needed
Grounds & Seasonal Work Perform basic grounds maintenance and landscaping
Assist with snow removal and operate equipment as needed
Safety & Teamwork Follow all safety policies and procedures
Keep work areas clean and organized
Work from maintenance schedules, service requests, and team priorities
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED1–3 years of maintenance, facilities, or related experience
Willingness to learn and take on a variety of maintenance tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work overtime as needed
Required Skills Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Experience using hand and power tools safely
Ability to follow instructions and read basic technical information
Strong work ethic and reliability
Must provide own basic hand tools
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Experience with HVAC, plumbing, or building systems
Basic electrical knowledge (motors, controls, or troubleshooting)
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Technical training or certifications in maintenance-related fields
Valid driver’s license (for snow removal equipment operation)
Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
Ability to work 12-hour shifts
