ConcordRENTS in Deland, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to upkeep apartment homes and community facilities, diagnose and repair basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting, and prepare units for new residents.
Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, basic mechanical knowledge, ability to speak, read and write English; EPA/CPO certifications or training within six months; prior maintenance experience preferred. This is an on-site position at Deland Commons.
