Position Summary We are seeking a highly proactive Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance and reliability function for our manufacturing facility, ensuring the reliability, performance, and longevity of production equipment, facilities, and utility systems. This role is focused on preventing downtime before it occurs through disciplined preventive and predictive maintenance practices, rigorous root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of manufacturing assets.

This individual anticipates equipment wear, monitors performance trends, and implements permanent corrective actions that improve uptime, quality, and safety.

Experience supporting plastic molding operations—including blow molding or injection molding—is preferred but not required. Candidates with experience in other highly automated manufacturing environments who possess strong technical leadership and reliability expertise are encouraged to apply.

This position partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Production to embed reliability into daily operations, ensuring equipment is capable, repeatable, and production-ready always. Success is measured by reduced unplanned downtime, improved Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), increased equipment reliability, lower maintenance costs, and a maintenance culture that prioritizes planning over firefighting.

Key Responsibilities Lead all maintenance, facilities, and equipment reliability activities for the manufacturing operation.

Develop and execute preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime and asset life.

Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance technicians through performance management, training, and career development.
